ATK RACING EVENTS



 2005 ATK Racing Contingency Program

Rules and Requirements:
  1. All participant must register with ATK Racing to be eligible to participate in ATK's Racing Contingency Program.  Download the Registration Form and follow the instructions on the form.
  2. Contingency will be paid to registered owner only.
  3. All participants must compete on a 2004 or newer ATK with approved ATK graphics and logos installed on the vehicle.
  4. Completed Contingency Pay-Out Forms need to be sent by the racer to ATK within 30 days after completion of the race.  Download the form and follow the instructions on the form.
  5. After ATK receives the Contingency Pay-Out Form from the racer, and after the Racing Sanctioning Body confirms the results, ATK will send a check to the rider to be redeemed thru the participating authorized ATK dealer.
  6. This contingency program is valid only thru participating authorized ATK dealers.
  7. Registration PDI forms for the vehicle must be sent by an authorized ATK Dealer and received by ATK prior to approval of the participant in the Racing Contingency Program.
  8. Rider must have a valid social security number to be eligible.
  9. There must be a minimum of 5 participants entered in each racing class for the contingency to be paid.
  10. There will be NO multiple class wins for the same racing event.
  11. ATK parts credit or ATK vehicle credits are credited at established OEM MSRP prices only.
  12. As noted in the standard warrany guidelines, vehicles being raced are exempt from normal warranty.
